What is Recalibrate 2.0?

This isn't another goal-setting session.

Recalibrate 2.0 is a working room.

You won't spend the day simply listening to motivation or writing down wishes for the new year. You'll do the work.

You'll reflect on what happened in 2026, identify what needs to change, decide what matters most in 2027, and turn those decisions into a practical execution plan.

You don't leave with just goals. You leave with a plan to execute them.

The framework

Recalibrate. Prioritize. Plan. Execute. Account.

  1. 01

    Recalibrate

    Reflect on 2026.

    • What worked?
    • What didn't?
    • What am I proud of?
    • What did I learn?
    • What needs to stop, start and continue?
  2. 02

    Prioritize

    Everything cannot be a priority.

Identify your 3–5 most important priorities for 2027 and decide what deserves your time, energy and attention.

  3. 03

    Plan

Turn goals into an execution roadmap.

    • Milestones and timelines
    • Quarterly priorities and actions
    • Resources and people required
    • Potential obstacles
  4. 04

    Execute

    Move from intention to action.

Identify your first actions, deadlines and measures of progress.

  5. 05

    Account

    Build an accountability structure.

    • What you will measure
    • When you will review progress
    • Who will hold you accountable
    • How you will course-correct

Explore the prompts

The questions you'll answer.

You won't sit and consume content. You'll work through guided prompts, on paper and in conversation. Here's a preview — open any card to see every question.

Tobi Jane Davidson leads The No Excuse Circle, a community built around one idea: plans only matter if they get done. She spends her time with young people who are tired of starting over every January.

She is the author of “No Excuse” and the forthcoming “The Power of Friends”. In the room she asks direct questions, holds people to what they said, and helps them leave with a plan they can actually run.

Questions, answered.

What is Recalibrate 2.0?

A closed-door, in-person working day where you reflect on 2026, set your 2027 priorities and goals, and build a practical execution plan with accountability.

Is this a goal-setting workshop?

No. Goals are only the start. Most of the day is spent turning them into milestones, actions and an accountability structure.

What will I leave with?

A clear 2027 vision, 3–5 priorities, an execution roadmap with quarterly milestones, first actions, identified bottlenecks, an accountability partner and a written commitment.

Who is this for?

Young, ambitious people who have goals but struggle with execution, and who are ready to do the work rather than look for passive inspiration.

Do I need to have my 2027 goals figured out?

No. Come with your experiences, ideas and challenges. The prompts take you from reflection to clear goals in the room.

What happens during the Execution Room?

Guided reflection, individual work, strategic exercises, facilitated discussion, peer interaction and one-on-one coaching, ending with your 2027 commitment.

How is it different from the previous experience?

Envisioning the Year and the Execution Bootcamp focused on vision and getting started. Recalibrate 2.0 adds a full framework — recalibrate, prioritize, plan, execute, account — and a personal workspace to keep your plan after the day.

What is No Excuse Circle?

The community behind Recalibrate 2.0, led by Tobi Jane Davidson, focused on helping people follow through on their plans.
